Hanging In There

My run today was not as good as tuesdays. I didn't go as far due to my lower back hurting. I did make it through 1.24 miles in 25 minutes which is still about 3 miles per hour. At least I am consistent right.

I had a walk scheduled for tomorrow but I think I am going to take a rest day instead. If I don't I am going to hurt myself, and I don't want that to happen because I have a running date in November with Mary that I intend to keep.

I was thinking today that maybe doubling up on the bra's might help my back some. Big boob's are no fun. They move around a lot when I am walking and running and I am sure that cannot be good for them or my poor back. I will make an attempt at double bagging on Saturday when I run to see if that helps.

Our push ups last night got pushed to this morning because we forgot. We both did really well actually. We didn't get the plank in because we were pretty sore from push ups but we did get all of the push ups in, so no worries right.

My leg workout today is going to be strictly inner and outer thighs because everything else is worked in my running and walking program. This should only take me about 5 minutes or so then it's time to run errands. Yeah!

Happy Training,
Love Jenn

Jenn! Sounds like you're doing great! Love reading this. Hey- just saw that one of your goals is to drive a stick shift... I learned on my own car AFTER I bought it. If I'm ever in Michigan, you can learn on it too... 150,00+ miles and still going strong, so I couldn't have done too much damage. :)

My man keeps saying I can learn on his Camaro, which is why I am scared to destroy something. I know that once I get started I will have no problems, but the getting started is the hard part. I would love for you and Dante to come check out my town. Maybe by then I will have gotten over this fear and can show off all my skillz at both running and driving.

Yeah... Big boobs... I don't what to say, this was a new problem to me with having this baby since I did not run before... Wish I had a great brand to plug in, but alas, I don't.

And do you know how I LOVE legs workout????? I DO!!

Are there any women's specific running/athletic stores in your area where you can shop for the right sport bra? I don't have big boobs or anything (size B), but I find that with the generic brands (Champion, Nike, Adidas), the sport bras just don't fit comfortably. I usually wear a M, but for those brands I have to wear a L. I can't imagine what size all you busty ladies have to wear. Then I went to a women's specific running store and the owner pointed out some brands I have never heard of before, and I they all fit super comfortable, and in my usual, regular size M (or they are sorted in sizes A/B and C/D). The one I bought was from a brand called Iris. If you want, I can stop by one of these days and write down some names for you!

No womens specific stores here. We only have one running store here and they only sell shoes. I always have to order mine actually, he never has them in stock.

I would love it if you gave me some name brands of bra's because then I could order online. Do you know if they have them to fit a 42DDD. That is my regular bra size anyways.

Thanks, and I am going to look up Iris.
