The Good News and The Bad News

The bad news is that I skipped my training session at the gym today because I still don't feel good.

The good news is that I lost 3 lbs since the start of the challenge with Laura and Chia.

The bad news is that is only 1% of my body weight.

The good news is that I have an interview on Thursday.

The bad news is that I don't think my interview cloths fit me right now.

The good news is that I get paid tomorrow and can pick something up if I need to.

Short and bittersweet post today cause I don't feel like typing a better one. Please forgive me!?!

Happy Training,
Love Jenn

I went up today which is SO frustrating - I know it's water weight, but didn't my scale know I needed to be at my lowest today for final weigh-in? :)

Therefore, I lost 2.0 pounds or 1.5%. We gotta hear from Chia...

The Good News: I forgive you.

The Bad News: My forgiveness carries no weight whatsoever and is not worth the particulate stream of electrons that it is comprised of.

More Bad News: I do not even know if post comments are comprised of a particulate stream of electrons. I just said that because, on the Intertubes, saying "not worth the paper it's written on" is meaningless unless I know for a fact you're going to print the comment out. And why would you?

The Good News: If you do print it out and use, say, $100 bills as paper, then my forgiveness would technically be worth $100.

The Bad News: You can go to the federal pen for defacing American currency.

The Good News: Ron Paul would probably leap to your defense because Who Are the FEDS to be telling YOU what to write - or NOT write - on your own money!?1!

The Bad News: His legal services will cost you more than the original $100 bill.

The Good News: You probably know it's not about the money; it's about the principle.

The Best News: You decide to send ME the hundred dollar bill and I'll make sure nothing bad happens to it.

Feel better, sister!

Don't get down. 3 lbs is still 3 lbs that you're not carrying around. Keep it going, kiddo.
